I have a question about the last module. Once we know which element we think we are, I am water, and we notice things happening to us such as stagnation, depression, knee or back issues, etc., what do we do about it? Is it only a dietary thing, avoiding cold foods, processed things, or can we do anything else to help fix or break out of these cycles? Thanks! You are awesome!
